How often should I get my haircut?

Every 8-12 weeks.

Why?
🔹 To prevent breakage
🔹 To keep split ends from continuing to split
🔹 To avoid a big chop
🔹To have long healthy hair 💇🏼‍♀️

If it scares you to go that often please at least get your hair trimmed 2x a year ❣️



Everyone thinks the longer you wait to get it cut the longer it gets … WRONG

The longer you wait the more your ends will split if it’s unhealthy.

When you get a much needed mental health day!
