🌟 Interest Rates are Dropping 🌟

The inflation report came out recently at 3.1%. What does this mean? Inflation is going down and interest rates follow the trend of inflation- meeting interest rates are following!

Interest rates are now the lowest they have been since May 2023. Back in October 2023 interest rates were in the 8%. Now interest rates are back in the 6%’s and low 7’s again (depending on your credit score and loan details). What does this mean for you as a borrower looking to get preapproved?

Since the new conforming loan limit is $766,550 you can purchase up to $790,000 with the minimum amount down of 3% for a conventional loan. Back when interest rates were in the 8.125% your principal and interest payment would’ve been $5689. Whereas now with an interest rate 6.875% your total principal and interest payment would be $5034 with a monthly savings of $655!

This means you can qualify for a lot more costing a lot less! Reach out if you are looking to purchase in 2024 🔥🔥
