Thank you to Missing in Baltimore City group we were connected with a generous donor who purchased supplies & will be making wound care kits for folks struggling on the streets. Our hearts are so full !!

We will be doing weekly outreach in SW Baltimore & Morrell Park on Tuesday & Thursday evenings usually between 4-6pm. We will provide food bags, emergency requested items & connecting folks to resources.

The Leadership Committee on Homelessness and Housing (LCHH) works in collaboration with the Baltimore City Continuum of Care (CoC) to guide Baltimore's housing initiatives and implement projects funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).

Lotus Coordinated Services coordinated donations and purchase of emergency items needed for a young couple who has recently ended up back on the streets. We are working with their families out of state to coordinate some immediate needs & shared resources for wound care, healthcare and some safe next steps.
