Rad’s officially turned 14 today! 🎂🎉🥳🍕❤️🙏🏼 Happy Birthday to us.
A lot has changed over the years but a lot has stayed the same. We made it thru an earthquake (8/23/11 never forget, lol), we made it onto Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives, we were lucky to have made it thru the 2020/2021 Coronavirus shutdowns… and we’re not planning on stopping anytime soon. 💪🍕
Some of you may be aware or have heard that the building is for sale. It is. We don’t own the building. We are just one of 3 tenants (there are 2 residential apartments upstairs) and we have at least 6 more years left on our lease. The building may sell but we’re not going anywhere and in 6 years, if a new landlord doesn’t hack our rent sky high, we’ll stay another 20 years.
So… If anyone wants to be our landlord or invest in the business by way of buying us the building, let us know! Until then, we’ll just keep doing what we’re doing and laughing at the rumors we hear coming thru the grapevine.
Thank you, everyone, for continuing to support us by patronizing our establishment, by sharing our infrequent social media posts, by keeping our name in the pizza conversation around Baltimore… Y’all are the best. We love you all.
