What a fun Saturday morning! We are so grateful for the volunteers from McCormick Spice who came to cook breakfast with our Scholars! It was amazing to witness five recipes being created at one time in our kitchen. Not only did the Scholars learn some new cooking techniques, but they also learned about new spices and condiments, as well as business & marketing insights.

Sending a huge thank you to the volunteers for taking time out of their weekend to cook with us. It was a wonderful experience for all.

We are grateful to Parkville Giant for choosing us to be the recipient for their Community Bag program for the month of November!

As you may know, on November 1st, Baltimore County will no longer provide plastic bags to customers. This is the perfect time to purchase re-usable bags at Parkville Giant!

What an amazing event! The 7th Annual Crab Feast was a huge success! We enjoyed beautiful weather and the Scholars had a wonderful time eating crabs and playing by the water. 🦀

Our Scholars are ready for the school year! We recently held a re-dedication ceremony, where our Scholars shared some of their goals for the upcoming year. It was inspiring!

Last week, we were able to attend a Baltimore Orioles game, thanks to their Community Tickets Program! We are grateful that our organization was chosen to receive free tickets and our Scholars had a blast!
