As of August 16, Diamond Shruumz have been linked to 145 cases of illness in 29 states, including Maryland. Doctors and scientists aren’t sure which ingredients or combination of ingredients might be causing such serious illness. Do you or anyone you know have any of these products? Discard purchased products and do not buy or eat any flavors of Diamond Shruumz brand chocolate bars, cones, or gummies.
