It is with sad hearts that we say good-bye to Ms. Lottie, our long-time Resident Services Manager at Dunfield Apartments in Maryland. Ms. Lottie is retiring after creating inestimable caring and connection throughout the community. Our Resident Services managers are the conduit for so much positivity and Lottie was one of the very best. We hope she knows how much she will be missed by all. The photo includes Lottie (center) surrounded by residents at a recent thank you and farewell community gathering, which also recognized the wonderful volunteers and families who have assisted Lottie in delivering community engagement and relationship building for the residents. Youth also received snack bags and books. Thank you for your warmth and commitment to our residents, Lottie. We wish you all the best! #ResidentServices #Appreciation #WeWillMissYou
