I’m REALLY loving these mini savory pies I’ve been making! Chicken and mixed veggie has been selling very well but I’m tossing in a new variety tomorrow. Beef and mushroom with a creamy herb sauce!

Running the Turkey Day Sando from the recipe book! Toasted rosemary focaccia topped with cranberry-herb aioli, roasted Turkey breast, herb stuffing, crispy fried onions, and spring mix and served with a huge side of my rosemary-thyme gravy!

It’s Peanut Noodle time!

I have about 15 butternut squash growing, definitely going to plant these again next year! Picking what might be the last of my tomatoes, even with the tomato blight, I still had a ton this summer. Any my late season pumpkins have sprouted, hoping to have some by Halloween, but at least we’ll have plenty for Thanksgiving.

Back from vacation and had a huge tomato bounty! This was after picking all the rope ones before I left. We couldn’t even eat them all on our vacation! And, that was with giving a large bag each to my mom and neighbor. Time to plant some fall veggies next!
