Getting ready to ship this Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake to Florida.

We met last year and she asked if we taught class, she was already nervous. Fast forward to now, I think every obstacle that could step in the way happened. She was so nervous her hands were shaken. Once she started her nervousness started to quickly go away

She did an AMAZING job! I am so proud of her. I can’t wait for the next class. She has the basics down packed.
