Congratulations and a huge THANK YOU to our Northwestern Mutual Frederick office for hosting an Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation fundraiser this past weekend. Volunteers from Northwestern Mutual - Frederick, MD and their families hung out in Downtown Frederick selling lemonade and treats to raise 🍋 OVER $2,000 🍋 for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer!!

You couldn't ask for a better crew of people or a better cause than - what an impact! This money will go to helping further research for a cure, and to support families who are impacted by a childhood cancer diagnosis. Thank you to all who volunteered, donated, and helped spread the word!

Our partnership with this local is part of our commitment to the city of Baltimore, where Coppin plays an instrumental role in educating our future leaders. We aim to make our company a reflection of the communities that we serve, and to make a career in finance accessible to the talented students at CSU.

Our team showed up to celebrate the work being done at - and we were in good company among local leaders, businesses, alumni, and over 700 other esteemed guests. A night to remember for sure!

Kaitlyn joined our organization in 2022 and in just over 2 years has done incredible work connecting talented and inspiring people to meaningful careers in finance, growing and developing our TAG Group, and serving as one of the leaders of our local Women Supporting Women initiative (to name just a few highlights!). Meet our April ⭐ Star ⭐ of the Month - Jeremy Eschbach! Jeremy is an Operations Associate and if you visit our downtown Baltimore office you can sometimes see him manning the front desk and greeting you with a warm hello.

Each month we honor a member of our organization who has gone above & beyond in living our core values of integrity, service to others, personal responsibility, growth and achievement, and comprehensive needs-based planning. Jeremy joined the team in 2023 and has already had an incredible impact and proven to be an invaluable team member. In fact, so many people submitted nominations for Jeremy this month that we can’t even share them all! Those who nominated Jeremy used works like "rock star," "gem," "source of positivity," "helpful," "hardworking," and of course referenced his amazing attitude and incredible work ethic.

When we asked Jeremy if he had anything he wanted to share in this post, he said “I would like to give a shout-out to Cyndi and Ashley specifically for all their help in getting me to where I am today and another shout out to all my coworkers at 028 for their endless support!” We're so glad to have someone like Jeremy on our team - keep up the amazing work!!! 💯
