July’s wine dinner celebrates Christmas in July with a dinner focused on the traditional Italian American Christmas Eve Dinner. Featuring Italian wines and an amazing 5 course dinner with 7 different species of fish and crustaceans. The Novio’s team is taking a few days to relax in the sun, take some deep breaths and spend some much needed time with family and friends. As the bar team preps for our Derby party on Saturday Caleb and the boys added two new items to the bistro menu. This is the first time we have featured a Bao Bun on our menu and we couldn’t be more excited. Stuffed with lemongrass soy glazed pork belly and pickled carrots. We have limited availability on Friday evening - Saturday’s Derby Party is sold out.
