Have you crossed Grandfather Mountain's Mile High Swinging Bridge? Next time, try crossing under it. Pictured this past Monday, the Bridge Trail is a 0.4-mile winding trail through a mixed hardwood forest, switching back and forth in a moderate climb to the Mile High Swinging Bridge.

Along the way, hikers will pass enormous boulders, observe unique flora and fauna, and see the Mile High Swinging Bridge from a whole new perspective.
