Our elusive vegetarian quiche sells out every morning. Featuring brussel sprouts, shallots, and Swiss cheese inside a delicately flakey crust, our bakers treat these like tiny works of art and it shows. Get here early to add this to your gallery… or breakfast.

The Cortado. Equal parts steamed milk and espresso, this beverage is the gateway from latte to straight espresso. Pairing USDA Organic espresso beans and a perfect spring day… can’t get much better.

This single origin light roast has tasting notes of blackberry jam, grape, and hibiscus. 
These beans are naturally processed or “sun-dried.” This approach leaves the bean to dry for longer within the outer layer of the coffee cherry, producing intense and berry-like flavors.
