The Salvation Army of Greater Cleveland has been focused on supporting back-to-school needs throughout Cuyahoga County. Echelon, which is an organization of young business professionals who are focused on community outreach on behalf of The Salvation Army, hosted a back-to-school carnival for all the families who reside at The Salvation Army’s Zelma George Family Shelter, located at 1710 Prospect Ave in Cleveland. The event to provided bookbags, school supplies, and family-friendly events for all to enjoy.

Salvation Army Medina distributes 300 backpacks filled with school supplies to county students Backpacks filled with new school supplies were handed out to 300 Medina County children on Monday night as the Salvation Army Medina hosted its Backpack to School Bash.

Join New Beginnings Outreach Ministries Church TODAY, Tuesday, July 9, from 2-4 p.m. for a free meal to go, along with free packed bread and pastries. Meals will be available for pickup at 929 Wooster Road W, Barberton. Contact 234-678-8476 with any questions.

Due to ongoing construction on Wooster Road, please access New Beginnings Outreach Ministries Church via 16th Street, with parking available in the rear of the building. This route will ensure a smoother and more efficient journey to your destination, avoiding the construction-related delays on Wooster Road.
