Proceeds from the closet go towards the Domestic Violence program which is near and dear to several of our guests and even a few team members! Sarah’s consistency on how she shows up Daily, for Herself, her Team and her Clients goes beyond measure and she whole heartedly deserves this recognition!

Sarah is a Peak Performer at our Salon, juggling a Full Schedule of Guests, Delivering AMAZING customer service, educating and solving any hair problems her guests may be struggling with and she is on our Salons Leadership team!! This means she mentors and develops our newer Talent, helps coach and mentor our more experienced stylist levels as well helping them to be inspired, motivated and driven to also be able to show up and give their guests 100% of themselves day in and out!

I once had a client come in and she said, “ya know I was having a really bad day today and I was going to cancel. Then I thought about you, I realized you don’t get to have a bad day and cancel, you still have to show up and serve people all day long with a smile on your face and I honestly don’t know how you girls do it!” This was a high compliment to me because it’s so true! Life happens on the backside for all of us but the expectation is to show up and serve our best!!

In the 18 years Sarah has been serving the community as an amazing hairstylist, She herself has shown up 100%!! Not once has she called into work, canceled on someone for a bad day, she stays late and comes in early as needed! I could go on!

As you can see, Sarah is just Amazing inside and out! A Huge Asset to our community and jagged edges, so please take a minute out of your day and give her a vote!!
