STARTING SUNDAY MAY 5 - INTRODUCTION TO HOT YOGA -

Join Johnna Stanton and Courtney McDonald for this 6 week series. This introduction to hot yoga will cover the basics of attending hot yoga, acclimating you to both the heat and the sequencing of an Ebb and Flow heated class. While this is a great opportunity for beginners, a basic knowledge of yoga poses is necessary.

SATURDAY, APRIL 27- ASANA VARIATIONS W/ JENI NAGY -

Jeni will lead this 2 hour workshop and guide you through creative and “new to you” variations and modifications or your favorite yoga poses. Changing up the way you approach a yoga pose or a transition is one of the best ways to step out of your yoga bubble, step out of monotony, and grow your practice with a knowledgable approach to the anatomy of asana.

Whether you have a regular practice or are stepping on the yoga mat for the first time, you will find that these workshops will welcome, teach and challenge you.
This yoga practice features Kirtan or sacred mantras, chanted and accompanied by musical instruments, organically woven into the class as an expression of devotional sentiment held in the heart, based on compassion and devotion. Jeni will provide intelligent options and variations for all levels to explore and progress. Beginners will have an option to stay at a base level, while others may choose to explore deeper.
Bring your own mats, props, and water bottles if possible, otherwise, a mat will be provided for you.

September 20th, October 18th, November 15th, December 20th
$30 per class or $100 for the entire series

If working out isn’t your speed try her Flow Tunes class Thursday nights at 6:00. Flow tunes is still upbeat but has more yoga based techniques. And if you really want to slow it down, try her Vinyasa classes. Monday and Tuesday mornings at 10:00! 🤍👏🏻
