Established in 2022, our organization is built on the principle of developing championship student athletes on and off the field. We saw a need to provide an organization for educating student athletes in valuable life lessons through sports. It is the goal of our organization to have a positive impact on the lives of Baton Rouge & Surrounding areas youth, their families, and the community.

Welcome Elites & Parents,
On behalf of the Louisiana Bayou Elite Youth Football Organization I would like to welcome you to the Louisiana Bayou Elites Youth Football Organization!! It is a pleasure to have you and your child as a part of our new program and we truly hope you will be a positive supporter. We are thrilled to begin working with you towards the Bayou Elites mission, which is “To develop championship student athletes on and off the field.” I firmly believe that youth sports provide a vehicle for educating student athletes in valuable life lessons. Football & Cheer teaches personal responsibility, self-control, teamwork, and mental and emotional endurance. Additionally, our program directly provides an immediate opportunity for our student athletes to experience the brotherhood/sisterhood that they will hopefully continue to develop throughout their lives.In order for us to reach our goals we must have an incredible work ethic. We strongly believe that champions are made in the off-season so we encourage all entering our program to participate in our summer workouts and skills & conditioning training. We are aware that there are times when parents have concerns. If you have a concern regarding the program or if I can assist you in any way I encourage you to contact me at (225-326-1072). Please keep in mind, Those student athletes who abide by the rules, work hard, and put our team in the best situation to be successful, will see the majority of the action. We do feel as a staff that since we are with our athletes everyday in practice and have the opportunity to see them perform not only in games but also on film and in practice, we are in the best position to evaluate performance and effort. Academic performance and proper demeanor on and off the field will play a major part in our evaluation of athletes. Regardless of how they begin the season, there is always the opportunity to compete for playing time throughout the football season. Again, welcome to the program and I look forward to a successful and positive season. Go Bayou Elites!!!!
