FNBB employees in our Florida office enjoyed celebrating the kickoff to football season at their annual tailgate party! 🏈

This month for we spoke to Justin Hartnagel, AVP, IS Audit. He started at FNBB Services Corp. in January of 2022. He is originally from St. Louis, Missouri and went to high school in a town right across the river in Illinois. He ended up in Louisiana after he received a scholarship offer from LSU, and he hasn’t left since! He met his future wife, Mary Jane, at LSU; they got married in November of 2021. They had their first child, Walker, in November of 2022. Justin said, “he has been the best thing that ever happened to me, and I love being a father and watching him grow.” When he does have free time, he enjoys grilling and gardening.

What do you like most about working at FNBB? I truly love being able to help out smaller, community banks; I believe they serve a very important role in their communities. I also love the variety of people I get to meet and the places I get to see that I otherwise wouldn’t if I didn’t work for FNBB.

What’s your favorite food? This is a hard one, but I think I’d have to go with my wife’s red beans and rice.

This month for we spoke to Tiaeh Antoine, Payment Operations Specialist I from our Baton Rouge office. She joined FNBB in January 2022. She grew up in California until the age of 9, but she has lived in Louisiana ever since. She has been married to her husband, Quentin, since 2019. They have a 4 year old son, Ayden, who runs the show. In her free time, she enjoys binging books and shows. She started gardening a couple years ago, and it’s her new favorite hobby.

What do you love about FNBB? I love my Ops family! I love that Service Beyond Comparison isn’t just a motto, but a standard we hold each other to daily. I love that FNBB values our hard work but also prioritizes our quality of life and time with our families. I love that we have the opportunity to have open communication and relationships, even with upper management, no matter our position.

What did you want to be when you grew up? I wanted to be a nurse. My mom spent most of my childhood in the hospital, and she was blessed with the most amazing nurses. They took such great care of her, and they were also very kind and thoughtful towards me. They would bring me coloring books and gifts, style my hair, and take me outside to skate during their lunch breaks. I was actually in nursing school when I started working in banking part time. I didn’t expect to love banking as much as I do, but needless to say, I still do!
