Today marks the soft opening, and over the next week, we'll be putting the finishing touches on our retail space within the Origin Hotel Baton Rouge lobby.

For all our friends in the Mid City to Downtown area, our retail space inside the hotel will be open for you to explore during the hotel's operating hours.

Located inside of Downtown Baton Rouge’s Origin Hotel, Passé All Day Cafe is an American Diner with a pinch of French. Inspired by Parisian charm, this bright spot in the city provides a charming and sophisticated atmosphere that invites guests to unwind and relax while enjoying a wisp of art and romance.

Our desire is to create a connection between the local community and guests visiting the area by serving up our take on local flavor through this reimagined diner experience.

Meet Braylon, Our General Manager
 
A native son of the Gulf Coast, Braylon grew up an Army brat traveling to various areas of the country. Growing up with a desire to be President, he soon discovered that politics doesn’t pay the bills and quickly found a career in hospitality that he has grown to love. A proud LSU Tiger that bleeds purple and gold, and lifetime member of the ‘WHO DAT’ Nation; Braylon enjoys cheering on his Tigers and Saints during football season every weekend. Spending time with family, friends, and traveling to new places are his favorite hobbies he enjoys, but he never forgets to find time to kick back and relax after a long day at the office.
