This week UUMC provided volunteers for Holy Grill. Since 1987, Holy Grill has provided a hot meal at lunch five days a week in Zion City. Holy Grill is run by the Interfaith Federation of Greater Baton Rouge. The lead cook and organizer for Holy Grill is retiring, and they estimate she has served over 450,000 meals since she started in her position in 1989.
Congratulations to Tonia on her retirement!

Let us prepare our hearts for worship tomorrow as we begin our new sermon series, "Exploring Doubt." Using Brian McLaren’s book "Faith After Doubt" as a guide, we’ll be journeying with our doubts throughout this series. We encourage you to dig deeper into the questions you dare not ask out loud in church. Those are the very questions we’ll be encouraging you to work through in this series...
