Friday July 26, 2024 @ 5pm… you will be able to stop in and pick up your passports for the cheer!🍻

The 2024 Capital Area Craft Trail is here, and we know what the big question is…how’s it going to work if y’all aren’t open yet??

Starting this Friday at 5pm, we will be setup for limited hours to stamp your passports. Just stop by, say hello, and sign up for our Insider loyalty program (it’s free) to earn your stamp. We will also have our new fancy pint glasses and a few other merch items available for purchase that will earn you enough loyalty points to cash in on a FREE pour once we can get back behind the bar!

Stampin’ hours:
Thursday & Friday 5-8
Saturday 3-8
Sunday 12-5

We chose these hours to try and make it easier on everyone looking to get all 4 stamps in one trip: Agile, Laissez Versez, What If, and us. Everyone is open during these hours with exception of Sunday (Laissez Versez is closed on Sundays). But there’s no need to rush, there are 500 tackers available and there’s plenty of time to get it done.

Chef Jeffry and his team will be rolling out the makisus and rolling up all the umami-packed sushi you can shake your chopsticks at. If you’ve been paying attention to these guys, you know they’ve built quite a following. He uses only the freshest of the fresh ingredients to create his unique flavors and prepares them right in front of you. Come early for this full-on restaurant sushi experience, they’re destined to sell out.

If you haven’t already heard, we’ve got some exciting news! We are moving to a new location in the Barringer Foreman Industrial Park behind The Little Village on Airline Hwy, just a few doors down from Agile Brewing, What If Distillery, and across the way from Laissez Versez Distillery.

This will be our final weekend, and next Thursday (a special final Trivia night) will be our last official day open at our Gonzales location. We have some fun things planned and some incredible deals on beer & remaining merch. It will be a little bit before we’re back up and running in the new spot, but we’ll be sure to update y’all on our progress. There’s still a ton of work to be done and beer to brew.

Ascension Parish has always been and will forever be our home. We started as Ascension Brewing Company after all. We want to express our love & infinite gratitude to everyone in the community who’s supported & helped us on our journey these past two years, especially our die-hard regulars. No doubt it hasn’t been easy, and we wouldn’t have made it this far without y’all. We’ve made some incredible friendships that will last a lifetime, and we sure hope to see y’all in our new spot. Who knows, maybe one day we’ll be back in town.
