Baton Rouge Scottish Country Dancers
The social dancing of Scotland! Join us on Monday nights at 7PM. They are however, a primarily social group and dance because it's fun!
Founded by members of the Caledonian Society in 1989, The Baton Rouge Scottish Country Dancers have danced around Louisiana and the Gulf South at both public and private functions for over twenty years. You are invited to come join the dance! (Beginners and walk-ins are welcome. You do not need to bring a partner, and you do not need to own a kilt). Soft soled dance shoes are recommended but not required. For more information, email us at [email protected].
We will be dancing Saturday! We hope to see you there!
Due to a small COVID outbreak at our practice facility, we are going to have to postpone our first class on Monday. We will reschedule when we can.
Hello friends! Our first class of the year will be April 11 at 7PM. The venue we dance at is a retirement home. They currently have a mask policy for those that are unvaccinated. We will be upholding their rule. Please bring your vaccine card or mask. We look forward to seeing everyone again!
Today! Check your time zone :).
