Today we unbarreled our fifth batch of whiskey, a high rye bourbon with pleasant notes of vanilla and caramel that has been aging over 13 months. The picture shows the unfiltered spirit as it comes out the barrel with bits of char from the inside walls. Release date will be announced later this year.
