This past week we got to stay at the Belmont and Rosewood resorts in Mayakoba and got all the travel design inspo while there!

The Belmont’s designer Tara Bernerd worked with local artisans when designing and furnishing the rooms at the Maroma hotel in Riviera Maya, Mexico, which were renovated to reflect hacienda-style living.
Housed within white stucco volumes arranged on a coastal plot between lush jungle and the Caribbean sea, the longstanding Maroma, A Belmond Hotel was renovated earlier this year but retained much of its traditional-style architecture.

Travel brings the best inspiration and we are excited to be back relaxed and reinspired! We traveled with the BEST luxury travel designer so if you need someone to plan your next luxury vacation reach out!

Trends By E-Design is a flat fee design service perfect for the client needing a furniture refresh.
Process:
1. One hour measurement consultation - We will discuss your space needs/style/budget/get existing measurements-$100 Consultation Fee within Baton Rouge (Travel fees will be charged for outside of Baton Rouge)
2. We will send a survey that will help further our understanding of needs/style/budget.
3. Our design team creates a floor plan, PDF presentation of selections, and a shopping list with links to the items recommended for your space.
4. The client will have access to all links of items selected and they can then purchase the items separately on their own timeline or we can handle purchase, delivery, and install of the items for a 20% fee added to the price of the furniture.***Depending on selections made (especially upholstery) the items selected may be through our brands/vendors and if items are selected through our brands and vendors we handle purchase, delivery and install of items free of charge.***

Above is an example of what an E-Design package would look like. This package is priced at $900 per room. You have the option to add on accessory staging once all furniture, lighting, and art has been purchased and received. For the accessory staging we will come out and stage the rooms with accessories and leave them overnight with pricing information for you to decide what you want to keep. We will pickup any accessories you do not want and charge you for any items you keep. Accessory add on is $350 per room.

-Our E-Design projects take 4 weeks to complete from the date of the consultation and survey completion
-We are happy to work with existing items you have already purchased
-All E-Design projects get two free reselects per room. Additional reselects are charged at $100/hour.

From Inspo to Finished Presentation. This furnishing project we tried to keep classic and masculine with warm wood finishes, natural stone and dark accents.
