Our 4th grade gardeners treated their moms to a special gift this year: a bar of homemade spa soap, using plants they grew and harvested themselves from the hydroponic garden. Students made mint and rosemary soaps, then wrapped them up personally for Mom!!
"For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made." Psalm 139:13a
Dressed in their Sunday finest for the annual Mothers Day Tea, our 2nd graders showered their mothers with handmade gifts, original songs and sweet words of affirmation and love. Tissues were in abundance at this very sweet, very special Dunham tradition.
Happy Mothers Day to all of our Dunham moms!
Imagine that you are walking through a living history museum. The 4th grade "Americans Alive" program featured our 4th graders as famous American heroes, all in period dress, talking about their lives and the lasting impact on American history. Can you guess these American heroes?
SAVE THE DATE - Saturday, June 15.
Our current school uniforms are still approved for the next 2 years, including the navy polo shirt, so don't miss your opportunity to get some great deals!
During Alumni Weekend, Dunham celebrated the 2024 Athletics Hall of Fame with five new inductees. Congratulations to Jimmy Robbins '87, Brady Broussard '94, David Patrick '95, Caroline McKey Younger '11, and Tyler Moore '11.
Now it's their turn. Many of these seniors once lined the Lower School halls, celebrating other seniors with cheers and posters. Now the tradition comes full circle as our younger Tigers celebrate them off on their final day at Dunham with the Lower School Senior Sendoff.
One more time on their last day at Dunham.....
"Oh, The Places They Will Go!" Today, our seniors walk the halls and sidewalks on campus as students for the final time. There will be tears as we say goodbye and cheers as we celebrate new adventures ahead. Congratulations, Class of 2024!
