Feel it sweep along your skin in an invisible ocean of exultation
Suddenly, you know you are alive.

It may not be the life you imagined, but it’s your life right now in front of you.

How you approach life with your choices says a lot about who you really are. Nothing gives a person inner wholeness and peace like a distinct understanding of where they are going, how they can get there, and a sense of control over their actions. These actions dictate what will happen beyond this moment.

Life’s two most important questions are “Why?” and “Why not?” The trick is knowing which one to ask at the RIGHT time. Your circadian mechanism usually controls this process via your solar redox.

Your choices around light are facades of this basic mechanism in your colony of mitochondria. Acquiring some understanding of why we do things is often a prerequisite to change and transformation.

This is especially true when talking about repetitive patterns of behavior that do not serve us well. This is what Socrates meant when he said, “The unexamined life is not worth living.”

That more of us do not take his advice is a testimony to the hard work and potential embarrassment that self-examination implies.”
Most people in the modern world operate on autopilot because of the effect of technology and nnEMF on our topology, doing the same things today that didn’t work yesterday. They rarely stop to measure the impact of their actions on themselves and others, and how those actions affect their total well-being.

They are caught in a cycle.

And once you get caught in the death spiral, it can be difficult to break free of the vortex and do something meaningful beyonf this moment.

The ignorance of success for humans is that too many of us believe that our past behavior is the most reliable predictor of future behavior beyond now. This narrative is pure bu****it. Eradicate it today.

You came to my page for a reason. Is it time for you to go and begin again? Go and act wisely beyond this moment to discover what you missed.

One of the most detailed models of a human cell obtained using X-ray, NMR, and cryoelectron microscopy:

Organelles are structures within cells that perform specific functions, similar to how organs in an organism serve specific functions to maintain life.

Among the more important cell organelles are the nuclei, which store genetic information; mitochondria, which produce chemical energy; and ribosomes, which assemble proteins.

What key issue does this photo miss that is 100% key to how life operates? Everything in this picture is submerged in an ocean of coherent domain water made by the mitochondrial matrix.

Water at an interface, in a cell, or in the atmosphere (pictured above) has a surface tension due to the polar interactions of water with other water molecules at the interface surface of these semiconductive proteins and lipids. This clustering of coherent domains imparts a crystalline-like property to the water inside of cells. In the bodies of living organisms, the clusters form hydration layers around biological molecules. It is known from electronics that different patterns which contain information result within a cluster depending upon its atomic structure. Free radicals rearrange the electronic structure inside cells. Thus, depending on its structure, each molecule has an oscillatory pattern (resonance frequency = Resonant Recognition Model) that can be determined by spectroscopy. We can now see the effect of free radicals on the water in cells using spectroscopy.

It is well known, through spectrographic analysis, that water and other dipole molecules are able to be entrained to exogenous oscillatory patterns by light by rearranging their cluster patterns. Light and free radicals are capable of doing this. The cluster rearrangements then resonate with the entraining frequency of light. Sunlight creates electric fields that not only allow electrons to delocalize, but sunlight can free up hydrogen protons to move in cell water coherent domains. When they move they activate the semiconductive molecules (hydrated proteins) in cells to action or inaction.

What is missing in this picture explains why centralized healthcare cannot solve modern man's problems. It operates at a biochemical level while life's blueprint is quantum mechanical in its entirety.

The 2022 John F Barnes Subtle Energy Seminar in Sedona went well! We had 84 people in class!!! I have helped with this class 4 times and this is the largest I've ever seen it! It is growing! The feed back from participants was great.

We had non therapists and experienced therapists alike taking the class and learning about the subtle energies of the field and how it applies to Myofascial Release.

The class was engaged and excited to offer love and energy at a distance at 333pm Mountain time to John. The ability for them to ground, center and become spacious developed to the point of being palpable in the room. 🤩

I thoroughly enjoy this class and it is a privilege to assist Rob with the new format John provided us last year! Thanks to Mya Marceline Swan and Stacy Mc Laughlin, I enjoyed being with you both the past few days. Until we all meet again in person, we can meet in the field.

We all love you so much John!
