You're invited to the first and ONLY Beam Bootcamp in the world.

Beam Queen Bootcamp was founded by Olympian, Samantha Peszek, who hires other Olympians, NCAA Champions, All-American, NCAA Coaches, choreographers, and other gymnastics experts. The elite staff makes this event one of a kind as they bring energy, inspiration and encouragement to every location.

Each BQBC is slightly different depending on the staff makeup, but the BQBC event is two days and four hours each day. We focus on skills, drills, choreography, dance, and judging. The underlying theme of our event is confidence, as we feel this is the most important ingredient for a great beam worker. We will also teach the gymnasts the Triple Threat, which are the three rules for staying on beam!

Since we're only focused on beam, we're able to provide gymnasts with rotations that they wouldn't normally receive at their regular practice like confidence training, working with a judge, and hearing our staff's beam stories of how they overcame their biggest obstacle on the event.

How early do I need to be for class?

First-time students should arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out any paperwork required.

Please check in to the front desk upon arrival to make sure that your child is ready for class. After your first day of class, we ask that the student be five minutes early so that your child has time to remove their socks and shoes, take a drink of water, and use the restroom before class.

Leaps, Jumps, and Turns is a development class that can benefit physical strength, stamina, confidence, self-esteem, poise, and self-assurance.

We meet Mondays at 4:30 and 5:30 pm and Wednesdays at 4:30 and 5:30 pm. The class is taught by coach Teri Alexander.

It's a development class that can benefit physical strength, stamina, confidence, self-esteem, poise, and self-assurance.

Coach Teri is the director and choreographer for the Leaps, Jumps and Turns program at Valor Gymnastics.

She is a former dance of the Louisiana Ragin' jazz dance team. She has a bachelors degree in fine arts with a minor in business and enjoys teaching children of all ages.
