These colonies are now common and are 10 times bigger than our regular Eastern Subterranean Termites, quickly destroying homes!

* Customer service is a priority in this industry! Applicants MUST have good communication skills!
* Must be able to adapt to fluid scheduling and be flexible with seasonal changes in work load.
* Must be able to readily pick up and move 50 pounds.
* Must be ok with and show comprehension of chemical mixing and application.
* Must be able to work both as a team member and independently on the job.
* Must be self-motivated.
* Must be able to crawl under houses and into attics proficiently.
* Must have a valid driver license and be ready to drive to dispersed service locations.
* Must be proficient with GPS and smart phone use, as well as working off an app for scheduling and completing service tickets, etc.
* Job also includes basic company property & equipment upkeep and maintenance.
* Appearance must be kept clean and hygienic. No face tattoos or abstract piercings.
* Must have a clean criminal record and driving record (no DUIs/DWIs, etc.)

Formosan termites seem like they are straight out of a sci-fi book! The damage and sheer number of these guys in a colony is incredible.
