This summer heat has got the best of me. So we are taking the rest of summer off, and enjoy some family time at the same time.
But that should never stop your Summer 2023 reading goals! So we are offering 23% off any books in your order that are in stock for us. Orders must be placed, and invoices paid before we order on August 15th. Kate's Coffee, Tea & More has also allowed their coffee shop to be the pick up location when your order is ready for pick up. Which sounds like a great book date!

1. Pick up a Reading is Rewarding bookmark at one of our branches.
2. Read 5 book and write down the titles.
3. Turn in the bookmark to Schulman's MBG (Bay City) for a FREE 30 minute arcade playcard!

Meet our spotlight author, Cadense Boudreaux! Recent High School graduate, who has published a collection of poetry.

“I found my love for poetry through covid ! It was an awful isolating time and though friends were there , there was a divide. So I found myself most nights writing, fictional stories, journaling, and one night poetry.
It woke me up writing poetry and I’m extremely grateful that I found it!
I’m working on both a second poetry novel and a YA contemporary novel! But I have no release dates planned.”

We will have a couple of copies of her new poetry collection this Saturday!

Book Review for the third book in Elle Kennedy’s Avalon Bay Series! Let’s just say… it’s my favorite of the series!! Oh man do I love this book!!! There was some buildup in the relationship and not just an instant love kind of thing, which is not my favorite trope. The toxic parental relationship was written to perfection, and the amount of love and forgiveness throughout was the beauty in the breaking this book needed to bring it home. And I was not expecting a twist so big to be thrown in. I LOVED IT!!!!
A must read for this summer! The new beach read!
This book can also be enjoyed as a stand alone, but the town backstory is such a character in itself that it would be an injustice to this beautiful story if you didn’t have the back story.
Release Date: July 18th!
