In need of something fun to do this summer. Visit the Antique Toy and Firehouse Museum in Bay City, Michigan. The museum is organized to collect, preserve, and display Great Lakes Bay Region fire and emergency-response related vehicles, historical memorabilia, and collectible toys. Their volunteer organization focuses on displaying and educating various stakeholder groups through historical presentations, tours, and operational displays of the collection's apparatus.

Our clients got the chance to repurpose old records, by using their creative minds to paint a design of their choice and then melt them into bowls.

The month of May is the gateway to SUMMER!!

Our clients had the opportunity to help a Charity!

Dolls of Hope strives to bring hope and joy to children one doll and bear at a time because we believe every child deserves to have a toy to cherish. We know how much hope, joy and comfort stuffed toys bring to children, especially children in crisis and children who have nothing!

Teaming up with them, our clients were able to make around 200 bears. They traced out the patterns, cut them out, sewed them together, embroidered their face's, then stuff them full of love!!

These bears will be sent to children within the United States and abroad who need them!

We want to THANK everyone who made this possible!

We all breathe the same air, drink the same water and live on the same planet. Let us all join hands to save our planet from pollution and degradation!

Our clients at Riversbend are actively engaging in community service! Our Occupational Therapist, Chelsea, is a proud member of the Junior League of the Great Lakes Bay Region.
