It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Santa and Mrs. Claus stopped by our Flint office to spread some holiday cheer. Our staff and their families enjoyed some quality time in Santa’s workshop, and we can’t wait for the big day!

Greater Michigan Oral Surgeons & Dental Implant Center is looking to hire a front desk receptionist to work in our Saginaw, Bay City, and Midland offices. We are a growing oral surgery practice seeking candidates that have a positive attitude, a high level of professionalism, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment.

We go over the top to give our patients an excellent experience from start to finish. In order to achieve this, candidates should have the following skills:

-High level of organization
-Multi-tasking
-Customer service
-Problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
-Greeting and checking in patients
-Answering phone calls
-Scheduling patients
-Organizing and preparing daily charts
-Establishing and maintaining patient files
-Verifying insurance benefits
-Scheduling patients in the hospital as needed
-Other tasks related to patient care
-Dental experience is not required, but is a plus. We are willing to train candidates who are eager to learn.

Our office hours are 7:00 am - 4:30 pm. However, schedules may vary based on preparation needs for early patient appointments.

World Smile Day reinforces the importance of teeth Dr. Christopher Kittle talked about the importance of oral health and the side effects of missing teeth on World Smile Day.

We had a fantastic time this week at our team workshop, where we learned about leveraging our personal communication styles to help us perform at a higher level. We can’t wait to use the new skills we obtained to continue providing the highest level of patient care!

To our valued patients and community: Our office will be closed on Monday, October 3, for staff training. We apologize for any inconvenience and will reopen Tuesday, October 4, for regular business hours.

Check out Dr. Lesneski and Dr. Thompson with this satisfied patient. He came to our practice for full-arch restoration, and we were able to develop a custom gold grill prosthesis for him. What a great result! We’re glad you love your new smile!
