Our Gourmet Beacon Food Tour tried a new cocktail 🍸 at HÅKAN Chocolatier this past weekend. The drink uses a secret ingredient 🤫 — cacao pulp, which surrounds the cacao beans inside a pod. The pulp is then paired with Tahitian Vanilla-infused simple syrup, The Botanist Gin and Sorrento lemons 🍋. The drink was a hit.
