The Hudson Valley region is rich with distillers and brewers of all kinds and we’re proud to offer one of the widest local selections of NY spirits here in house. New to our collection is a fantastic sparkling sake — brewed right here in Hyde Park, NY. Try it in our “Sparkling Plum Blossom” cocktail made with Oka Japanese gin, plum yuzu, Dassai Blue Sake Brewery sparkling sake, lime & lychee.

Once a bustling factory complex, the rounded shape of our namesake building is said to have supported proper ventilation for the blacksmiths who worked here. Also key to successful production in these factories were the powerful waters of the Fishkill Creek. A massive turbine located in the Roundhouse building (where our cocktail lounge is today) was fed from the creek above the falls and used to power a belt system within the building.
