Hudson Valley Brewery
Instagram @hudsonvalleybrewery At Hudson Valley Brewery, we like to think of our beer as the product of a wide variety of influences.
Like the Hudson Valley itself, we believe the beers we create stand somewhere between the rural and the urban, the traditional and the modern, the rustic and the industrial. Our brewing techniques are inspired by the brewing practices of traditional European breweries as well as the more aggressive, experimental practices of American breweries. We brew the beer we love to drink, which like the Hudson Valley itself, is always changing.
Babylon, our Sour IPA with wheat and oat, milk sugar and blood orange, returns! Tangy and refreshing, it’s an easy choice during summer days (or nights). We think it tastes like Sanpellegrino Aranciata Rossa, a paloma spritzer, and blood orange mochi. ☀️
Our cooler is stocked with two of our favorite beers to sip during the heat of the Summer.
Chronology, our hoppy Kölsch-style ale is back fresh and it’s tasting spectacular.
Eveningland, our Double Fruited Sour Double IPA is also available in a brand new variation - Raspberry.
Head to our website for direct shipping or grab some this week from our tasting room. 🌻
We are delighted to share a new batch of the first beer we ever made! Amulet is our Sour Farmhouse Ale conditioned on blueberries and hibiscus flowers, and aged for one year in oak. For this batch, we chose a clear bottle that allows you to appreciate the beer’s captivating shade of red. Now available online and in our tasting room bottle shop!
Our unbelievably fluffy Double IPA, Sky Thing, is back in cans in our tasting room! ☁️🌙 Sky Thing is brewed and double dry-hopped with Citra and Riwaka, and we think it tastes like white pepper, dried papaya, and tropical Skittles.

Some of our favorite beers to drink are the ones we keep stocked all year long.
Currently we’re reaching for Theta, an IPA hopped with the aromatic Citra and Nelson Sauvin. With notes of honeydew and cotton candy, it’s easy to see why we always come back to this beer.
During the heat of the summer, we’re quenching our thirst with Silhouette, our Brunch-Style Sour IPA Series. Our current Silhouette include everyone’s favorite, Peach, and its summer companion - Pink Lemonade.

When it’s hot out we LOVE to drink LAGERS! Feel No Way, Feel No Way Lime and Say No More are all on draft in our tasting room. Come on by and cool off with one of these cuties.
Table Beer is back! Our cute Little Sour Farmhouse Ale, can conditioned with local wildflower honey, is now available in fun-sized 12oz cans. It’s been hot and humid in New York, and this new batch of Table Beer is keeping us cool and quenched! We’re tasting wax soda bottle candy, a summer breeze, and caramelized lemon.
Lineage is our dry-hopped Pilsner hopped with Citra and East Kent Goldings, brewed in collaboration with in New York City.
Hawksmoor is located in the historic United Charities Building. which had not been viewed by the public for nearly 100 years before the folks at Hawksmoor endeavored to restore it. With its nearly-30-foot vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows, and intricately designed molding around the archways their main dining room (known as The Assembly Hall) is a truly wondrous and grand atmosphere.
With the design of Lineage, we wanted to evoke a similar sense of wonder and reverence for things past, and the artwork done by is an expression of that.
We recommend enjoying a can of Lineage as intended, in Hawksmoor’s incredible dining room.
With Summer now upon us, we are pleased to release a new version of Lineage — our dry-hopped Pilsner brewed in collaboration with
Sunny and uplifting, this version of Lineage is brewed with Citra hops, along with the English classic East Kent Goldings — and finished with a touch of Maldon sea salt.
Although decidedly lighter than the original, Lineage is tailor-made to pair with Hawksmoor’s substantial cuisine — from their dry-aged and charcoal-grilled steaks, to their Cheeseburger with bone marrow and a side of Beef fat fries.
It also goes pretty well as a sidecar to their Ultimate Martini, which is without doubt the coldest and most delicious in NYC!
Lineage is now available exclusively at Hawksmoor in New York City, and at our tasting room in Beacon.

Valley Beer Summer Series is a rotating blend of Valley Beer Summer and fresh-picked Hudson Valley summer fruit. The blend rests for just a few days before we drink it, so all the bright flavors and aromas are at their peak. Valley Beer Summer Series tries to capture one of those fleeting summer moments; it’s picking a fresh strawberry, camping around a fire, swimming in a cold river. First up in the series is strawberry, picked the first week of June by the folks at Wright’s Farm in Gardiner, NY. Valley Beer Summer Series is only available on draft in our tasting room, so come get one before it's gone! 🍓
We’re having a tropical start to summer with fresh cans of Star Chamber! 🏖️
Sour IPA with wheat and oat, milk sugar, green tea, papaya and coconut; hopped with Citra and Nelson. We think it tastes like pluots, pineapple Hi-Chew, coconut lime margarita, and orange Spree candy.
A heat wave is hitting the northeast! All you need to stay cool is some of this freshly canned Feel No Way 😎

Familiar Ghosts, our collaboration with Restaurant Matilda, is a Botanical Pilsner brewed with coriander and white soy, and hopped with Hallertau Blanc.
Restaurant Matilda (from the good folks behind two of our absolute favorite restaurants in NYC - and ) is located in the serene and beautiful Catskills Region of NY.
We wanted our beer to reflect that sense of pure relaxation and wonder the surrounding countryside can provide — brewing a very light and drinkable Pilsner that expresses the ingredients selected in a playful and creative way.
Familiar Ghosts is available exclusively at Restaurant Matilda at The Henson, and at our tasting room in Beacon.
We’re excited to spend this Thursday at Darlings in Tillson, NY. It’s one of our favorite spots in the Hudson Valley, and easy to see why. Amazing drinks paired with some of the best food around!
