SCRATCH made Tiramisu! House made Ladyfingers, Mascarpone and Marsala Mousse, Espresso Creme Anglaise and Coffee Foam!

We have been eating different versions of this for a week. We are thrilled to present this to you when we open. Whenever that will be! Still more testing and eating to do!

I know we have been a little absent lately sorry. But please know we are working, testing, cooking and eating every day to get this right.

We have also started on some stocks and sauces from Scratch of course!

Unwrapping day! We had these machines imported from Italy over three months ago. We have wanted to open them up and start playing since. Today we finally uncrated them.
