🙏🏾 We extend our deepest gratitude to those who made it possible for us to live safely with our families, surrounded by the protective walls they defend. To those who have lost loved ones in the pursuit of our safety, your sacrifices are immeasurable. Mere words cannot express the thanks we owe to those who gave their lives so we might live. We are profoundly thankful and have chosen not to take a day off, as it is the least we can do to honor their dedication and sacrifice. Sitting at home didn’t seem right. 💝

In the garden of life, I've always nurtured love and empathy, cherishing the beauty in understanding others' perspectives. Yet, as I navigate this journey, I find myself grappling with a painful paradox. Despite pouring my heart into acts of kindness, I'm confronted with the bitter sting of deceit and betrayal. Like a delicate rose enveloped by thorns, I'm left feeling shattered and vulnerable. It's a harrowing experience to witness those I've uplifted mimic my every step, only to despise me behind veils of falsehoods. In their eyes, I'm painted as a fool, my genuine love and intentions twisted into a façade of insincerity. How does one reconcile the dissonance between heartfelt benevolence and the harsh realities of deceit? My spirit aches for understanding, for solace amidst this tumultuous storm. Yet, through the darkness, I hold onto the flicker of hope that genuine love will eventually bloom, dispelling the shadows of doubt and deception.

My friend Chris is on meal plan and lifestyle! (Harbalife it’s called). He was raving about how amazing it’s has been and how much he benefited from their program.
I personally have not tried them as I don’t need it, but hearing him talk about it so passionately made me ask him if I can share it! I felt sharing a positive vibe with all my friends here would be amazing!
