Hello everyone,
I have had so many changes going on at once that I haven’t kept my hair fam up to date.
I will be posting regularly on here now to keep you all in the know of my schedule. I will be working tomorrow-16th I have a few appointments left but if you’re not seeing something that fits your schedule I will do my best to work around it. Just text me your availability.
My next work days will be April 20th-29th and then June 1st through the 10th if you should want to plan ahead some. I can’t wait to catch up with all of you. ❤️

Good morning hair family,
I’m sure if you have seen me in the last year or so you know my schedule change Is coming up.
I will be working 9 days in a row at the start of every 6th week. My days start tomorrow the 11th- 19th then I will be off until December 13th-17th and 27th-30 will be my next work days. The rest of my schedule will be posted by next Friday for the year.

Wow, Summer flew by. What a beautiful summer we had. Now when I look out my studio window I see the most amazing colors of Fall. I can tell winter is on the way.

Hello everyone,
starting on Friday we will be wearing masks again in the salon. I understand the frustration and hopefully it won’t last long. I will have masks if you need one. Thanks for the continued support.

OSHA has lifted mask restrictions in the salon saying if you’re fully vaccinated you no longer need them. I will be doing whatever makes each individual client comfortable. Let me know what that is for you when You arrive for your appointment.

Hello everybody, we have been approved to open June 1st. I will be reaching out to reschedule and move you around due to how much ppe I have and how long each appointment will take now. please be patient with me as the next few weeks will be new for all of us.
When I re-open, I will be operating within all State required restrictions. I believe that the health and safety of our community is absolutely imperative. This should never be at the expense of our craft. With that said, there will be changes to our services and protocols to ease us all into this new normal

I will not be able to operate as I once did during this beginning phase of reopening. I will be testing out different formats and schedules to adhere to OSHA safety guidelines. I will have less clients each day. Please be patient as things may take longer Below are some of My new requirements that I need you to read through and follow

Stylists are required to ask general health questions prior to your appointment. This will be done via email, text or phone call the day before your appointment time and must be returned to secure appointment

I will not be able to answer the phone during my work day.

-You will be asked to sign a liability waiver.

-Please sanitize hands before entering the salon, or you can wash them once in the building.

I will be checking your temperature as you come in.

-Masks are required upon entering.

The entire staff will be wearing masks. Please wear an over the ear mask. If you do not have one, I will have a limited amount of masks available for purchase

Please, no extra guests. If a person does not have an appointment please do not bring them along, this includes children. The only exception is for a parent with a young child.

-Please arrive on time and you will be asked to wait in your car, until I contact you to let you know I'm ready to meet you at the door.

-No beverages will be served at this time. And no magazines for entertainment

- Please wear clothes that will not interfere with your hair. I will provide a fresh cape for each client

- Do not bring jackets, sweaters, or large purses. Leave all unnecessary belonging in your car Or at home.

-I have added extensive new sanitation procedures, on top of my regular cleaning process, for my chair, station, shampoo bowl, and tools before your service starts.

Please arrive to your appointment with freshly washed and clean hair. If you're having color done, please have it freshly washed and dry.

-If you would like to purchase retail, let me know and I will assist. I would like to keep all products as sanitary as possible by "just looking, no touching rule)

This is all very new and strange for us all. I am determined to figure out how to do my jobs safely, while still giving you the best experience I possibly can. I love you all so much, and really can't wait to see each and everyone of you!

Opening update

Hello everybody,

At this time I do not have a set date to open but will do so as soon as approval is granted.

Additionally new guidelines will be required once I reopen. I have already begun trying to track down proposed PPE required items and have found many items sold out, or very limited. This could slow my reopening process.
Everything I'm doing is with the #1 goal being the health and safety of my clients/friends and each other. I know this is a new and uncharted time for us all so please be patient as we all learn to navigate it together.

At this time I have 8 weeks (or more) of appointments to reschedule.

Please know that each one of you are very important to me. But, there is only one of me. I will do everything I can while following the new guidelines once they are established to get each person in, but this will take time. Pre-COVID19 I could see 10 clients in a day this will not be possible moving forward.

I miss you all and can’t wait to see you. Know that I'm doing my best to get back to a new normal. This will take time and I greatly appreciate your kindness and patience with the process.

Hello everybody, I miss you all so much!

Many of you are asking about a way to cover those pesky roots. I reccomend color wow root cover up. You can get some on amazon and Ulta I believe. It's a root powder and you should be able to watch a you tube video to learn to apply it if the directions aren't clear enough.
We have we been up to... well homeschooling, baking and hiking. Our favorite places to hike are Gabriel park and Sauvies Island at 5:30 am before anyone gets there.
Sola has been doing a great job offering classes for us to take on sanitizing and disinfecting and what reopening might look like for us. I want to assure you when the times comes it will be as safe as possible for us.

I Have decided to close and practice social distancing until April 8th. This was an incredibly hard decision for me.
