Twice a month, Chaplain Melissa McCoy reaches for her cherished olive wood bowl, a symbol of connection and storytelling at Maryville. Whether used for baptisms or anointing the deceased, this bowl signifies the passing of wisdom and experiences within a special bimonthly group.

From ages 54 to 101, women gather every month at local care facility to share and connect ‘We need to tell our stories’: the women’s group where remembrance brings joy.
