This packet includes information on entry fees, judging procedures, rules and regulations, and official application form for delegates at-large. Preliminary Pageants

If there is a preliminary pageant for which entrant qualifies, entrant will be referred to that preliminary pageant before being considered for your participation in the Miss Queen Look International ™ Pageant as an at-large delegate, except in the case of “nationality” applicants. Participants of preliminary pageants who are not named as the winning titleholder(s) may apply to become an at-large delegate following the conclusion of the preliminary pageant. At-Large Entry / Title Representation

Any entrant who applies for participation in the Miss Queen Look international ™ Pageant directly at the International level without first winning a preliminary pageant is considered an “at-large” delegate. All delegates will be judged equally, regardless of title representation or status as a preliminary winner or at-large delegate. Entrants may apply directly to the International Pageant Office as an “at-large” delegate under the following conditions:

• If no preliminary pageant is offered for which entrant qualifies
• If entrant is applying for a “Internationality” title
• If entrant participated in the preliminary pageant and was not chosen winner

Eligibility for at-large Country, state and city titles is determined by meeting at least one of the following criteria, along with all other minimum eligibility requirements for pageant participants:

• Can choose any city or state or Country if it is available
• Have to notify to the International office your interest
• Queen Look System accept only 12 contestants per year

Eligibility for at-large Internationality titles is determined by meeting at least one of the following criteria, along with all other minimum eligibility requirements for pageant participants:

• Have sent your QLI-22 and Model release form
• Find out if the City, State or Country is available
• Have sent one face picture

Official Language

English is the official languages of the Miss Queen Look International™ Pageant. It is not a requirement for delegates to speak any particular language English is the official language. Queen Look Pageant doesn’t have personal interviews


Entry Fees

Please make sure you are able to participate in the pageant before sending any funds. No refunds can be made after payment due to our high production costs. The total entry fee for this year International Pageant is $150 USD if you send it before August 30 2022, after September 1st the registration will be $250 . Entry fee includes: Prizes

A check or Money order of $150 must to be sent together with the official application QLI-22 form for state, city, or country. Any application sent after September 1, 2022 registration fee will be increased to $250. Title designations are decided as each application is received to keep your title reserved. Only ONE title will be given out by state, city or Country. Registration fee is non-refundable

Judging of Delegates

A panel of minimum 5 judges will score each delegate in the following areas of competition:

• Presentation – to determine personality, how confident you are, and remember this is your first appearance in front of the judges. Black and White 20 points
• Swimsuit – to determine physical condition and figure harmony, any proportion, smile, and confidence. 20 point
• Evening Gown – to determine elegance, poise, beauty, grace and glamour. 20 Points
• Talent – To determine your performing abilities or skills on stage, you can have dancers or any objects part of your productions. Not fire or any other substance that can put in risk the people around. 20 Points
• Fantasy – This portion is to determine creativity, your brilliance and your exuberance. Its not necessary to be a show girls or feathers 20 points

The scores will be given to each contestant right after the pageant so you can see how judges evaluate your performance during the 5 categories


Selection Process for City/State Titles

Where there is no preliminary pageant in a given state, at-large entrants will be considered for city titles to vie for that state’s representation at Internationals. If less than three (3) qualified entrants from any given state apply, one will be selected for that “state” title and participation at International. Other-wise, all the “city” delegates will go to the International Pageant site to compete for their city or state’s title or any other available city, state or Country. City, state or country delegates will compete together in the same categories. Rules and Regulations

Make sure to read all of the official rules and regulations in the application form before signing and submitting it for processing. This Miss Queen Look International Pageant is the first International pageant system established in the west side of the country. Even though we reach the 12th years, this pageant is one of the most widely recognized Queen Look international pageant in the country, with a solid background and references.
