As a Stylist in this crazy time, I have seen too many of my friends burn-out… I love what I do and to keep my mind right, I take breaks. This time, my break was a complete re-fuel. My Daughter and I ran away to The Bahamas with other Disney friends and the results are unmatched. In order to pour into others, you must first have a full cup.

Let’s talk about why we shampoo twice, there is a method to our amazingness!! Check this out! 👇🏻
The first shampoo does the 💪🏻 🏋️♀️ heavy lifting of loosening up the surface dirt, oil and product build-up. After you rinse the first shampoo, the second shampoo is able to get your hair and scalp super clean.
Here is the correct way to wash your hair:
🚿 Wet your hair thoroughly!
🛁 Apply a small amount of shampoo into one hand, emulsify (add some water) with the other hand and apply all over your head.
🚿 Massage thoroughly on your scalp and hair.
🛁 Rinse very well.
🚿 Repeat shampoo process.
🛁 Wring out excess water.
🚿 Apply a small amount of conditioner to your hands (nickel to quarter size depending on length).
🛁 Massage thoroughly through hair from ears on down and let it set for a few minutes.
🚿 Rinse well (cool water is best).
I guarantee your hair will feel ah•may•zing if you follow this process!
