At its onset, CCCA presents as hair breaking and thinning in the crown of the scalp. The area of thinning hair expands over time and progresses to more severe hair loss.

Q: Can You treat CCCA?

A: Absolutely, with proper treatment. Keeping in mind that CCCA is one of the most difficult forms of hair loss to treat and requires your commitment and dedication and most importantly, patience. I treat CCCA based off what I find in clients BCA which is blood chemistry analysis it helps me better understand my clients needs.

Q: Is there a cure for CCCA:

A: Once a hair follicle scars completely, treatment to regrow hair becomes difficult (but treatable) and will allow hair to grow and prevent CCCA from destroying more hair follicle. While treatment for CCCA may take a little longer than other forms of hair loss, following the treatment plan that our certified trichologist come up with will for you will get your hair growing and CCCA under control.
