Fun night, a bit wet, and an early morning!

Tomorrow is the day everyone needs to get out and place your vote for freedom and liberty, protecting and preserving our great county and communities against the overdevelopment and the back door deals, protect our parental rights and our absolute future, our children!

A VOTE for KOZIOL will do this!

We can NEVER FORGET what has happened to our freedom and liberty, our children, and what is currently happening with the developers and special interest groups taking control of our elected officials.

We have had so many projects inside our district, and many more to come! All the apartments and condos coming in, and strip malls all over 152. This is not the county that I grew up in nor are we able to sustain. The same old suspects (developers, attorneys, and special interest groups) will continue to run our district and county if we vote for their choice. It’s time for the people to have a say!

It would be an honor to have your vote tomorrow!

VOTE KOZIOL DISTRICT B!

I am blessed to have an amazing wife and great friends! A huge thank you to everyone that showed up. Surprised is an understatement.

My amazing wife Rachel Kozillips organized our friends from the neighborhood to suprise me with a sign wave tonight! I was told to take a different route home and glad I did.

This is what a grassroots effort looks like and very happy to say we are not the establishment!

Thank you again to everyone who showed up and for the constant honks and cheers from the passersby! And thank you to the Fallston Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Co. for hosting a great food truck event, we were hungry!!!

We will prevail!!!

I am honored and proud to announce my endorsement from Maryland Right to Life

As a proud father of two beautiful girls, I cannot see my life any different or without them.

Below is a quote from a letter my mother wrote about me last month and feel it fitting to share. She didn’t give up on me, and saying that I’m appreciative is an understatement!

“Josh came into this world on January 9,1983 and my life has never been the same. He was a cute tiny baby…3 lbs 2 oz. From the moment he took his first breath, he had been a force to be reckoned with. I like to think he saved me. I was 18 and we grew up together. I tried to be the best mother possible, to give him a life worth living for, to help him be the strongest he could be, and to teach him to love a lot….! I think I succeeded, and I hope you do too.”

My message from a year ago today when we announced our candidacy for District B still resonates today!

What a memorable day this was!

Thank you to all that have been a part of this journey and let’s finish it at the polls! (Early voting July 7-14) and on Election Day July 19th)

When they need to get some “wiggles” out and suggest sign waving, you have a proud Dad moment!

It has always been about family, and we have focused to include our entire family in this process for support and education because this is a commitment we are willing and honored to support!

After sweating it out the snowballs were a perfect treat!

Please VOTE KOZIOL JULY 19th!!!

Delayed post from yesterday (technology isn’t my friend sometimes…)

One year ago today unbeknownst to many I went to the Board of Election and signed up to be your next Councilman for District B.

As we celebrate and honor this Independence Day weekend I am not only grateful for the Patriots that fought for our freedom and liberty during the Revolutionary War and ever since, but I am also honored to have the opportunity to represent the great people of District B!

As it states in the last line of the Declaration of Independence “…with a firm Reliance on the Protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.”

As we reflect on the meaning of Independence Day we must honor and acknowledge that the same principles and ideas illustrated in the Declaration of Independence are just as valuable today as they where in 1776. We must use this to restore our moral commitment in placing good over evil as we seek to restore freedom to the Free State!

It would be an honor to have your vote on July 19th!

And back to great comments from constituents and supporters!

Thank you!!!

07/01/2022

I took some time these last two evenings to connect with the people on their issues. Thursday night was a great meeting with (3P) Protect Perryman Peninsula, and last night I attended a meeting at the Council chambers regarding the Eva Mar project that promises to cause more congestion in the already-crowded Route 22 corridor and reduce the property values of the hundreds of homes in the immediate vicinity. Thank you to the organizers!

Needless to say, both groups of people are doing valuable work fighting this overdevelopment, and I am glad that they are speaking up.

The one thing that has been made clear to anyone pushing back on these projects over is that to the current establishment "leadership" in Harford County, special interest groups, lawyers, and the Good Ol' Boy network come first.

What's worse, the very people who are forcing these poorly-planned projects on us--the developers and their attorneys--are funding and serving as leadership on the campaigns of almost every establishment candidate in the Republican Primary. It is clearly a conflict of interest, and is detrimental to Harford County citizens. It's imperative that we all do our research and due diligence when selecting our representatives. Follow the money.

What's encouraging to me as I attend these meetings is that people are coming together and packing seats. Protect Perryman Peninsula has shown us all how to organize and educate, and I am happy to be recommended by them for the people of District B. But this isn’t all about campaigning. Their community, just like the area around this Eva Mar project, will be destroyed. It is about our community and future. If the only people represented are the special interest groups, the fabric of our community will continue to be destroyed.

This is why I have publicly said and published, “Harford needs a strong County Executive that will not push the current overdevelopment we are experiencing. The Council must be diligent to ensure that appeals are handled with the community in mind and not the developers, donors, or big-moneyed special interest groups as is currently the case. My opponent's campaign is being bankrolled and run by a well-known developer attorney. The current destruction around the county is a result of decades of poor decisions, and if we want to preserve the county for our future generations, it is time that the people come first.”

Interrupting all of the quotes from my supporters (there are more to be posted) to make the following statement…

After attending an event earlier this week, and seeing on social media the discussions about which candidates to support here locally—especially for the Governor’s race—HERE IS THE PROBLEM:

Our local Republican Establishment will compromise, and/or settle with the opposition. This cannot happen with the far left agenda within our county already! The middle of the road approach does nothing for our future and continues to destroy the foundation of this county, state, and country.

Defense is good, but offense protects our Constitution, our families, community, state, and country!

Do not compromise your morals, principles, and values! You must always choose good over evil!

06/30/2022

So grateful for these kind words!

06/30/2022

It’s contagious! Posted one quote from a constituent and getting many messages from others like this one!

Thank you everyone, WE will prevail!!!
