What can we say about all of our Managers and all of our Employees? They WORKED REALLY HARD and kept pushing through those orders. SUPER BOWL is just around the corner and here are few things of note as we get ready for the big game:
1. We can NOT emphasize this enough: PLEASE put your orders in ahead of time. You can CALL THEM IN (410-838-6722) or you can PRE-ORDER online for pickup at www.crwings.com
ORDERING AHEAD is the best way to be able to get pickup time slot that you want. We do and will stop taking orders for certain slots once we have enough orders.
2. All ONLINE ordering to include our website as well as DoorDash, UberEats and GrubHub will be turned OFF on the day of Super Bowl.
3. Your orders are going to be on 15 minutes time slot. So if your pickup time is 2 pm. It will be ready between 2-2:15pm. Please, please remember your time slot and first and last name the order is under. Do NOT arrive prior to your pickup time because that just takes away from our time which can be used to prepare all the orders while we look for your ticket and confirm that it is not ready yet.
We can NOT make changes to or add to your order on the day of. Also Order ahead and try not to wait to place order until the day of as we may not be able to take more orders that day.
4. We have TWO LOCATIONS: Perry Hall and Bel Air. PLEASE make sure you are placing order at correct location. We can NOT and will NOT just switch your order from one location to the other. It is not that simple, definitely not on big game days (even though it may seem that way).

We are taking DoorDash and other third party out of equation for that day due to issues we had with orders not coming through to our system. Also - our own online ordering is now “Pay In Store” only - this is because of another issue that our POS provider/card processsor was having. These two were the major setbacks we had last couple of busy game days and now with those out of equation - we hope for this to be a smooth day. (Side note: expect technology changes in months after Super Bowl)

To summarize:
ORDER EARLY and AHEAD. Two ways and only ways to order for SuperBowl day are going to be
1. directly through our website www.crwings.com (not using google order online feature) and
2. to call it in at 410-838-6722.
