While cafés are pretty much everywhere in the cities we visited, coffee roasters were a little harder to find. We visited Matubu in Bruges and our espresso was tasty. I'm excited to try this Guatemala we picked up. Also, check out this cup we saw at The Chocolate Museum in Bruges. Justin definitely needs one!!

The first coffee roaster we visited in Paris was Early Bird. is inside a covered market place: Marche Beauvau-Place D'Aligre. The whole market is a feast for eyes. Definitely recommend finding a quiet district and checking out the market places and creperies.

At the coffee shop I asked, in very broken French, to grind some for us to use in our camper at (an awesome spot if any of you visit Paris and need a clean, safe, quiet place to stay). The coffee is sooo good. Smooth and fruity. I'm stoked to take the Ethiopian home and brew it as a pour over to bring out that raspberry and cinnamon.

Here we go!! CFCS will be traveling for the next 3 weeks! We're so excited to visit the local coffee roasters in France, Belgium, The Netherlands, and Germany!! See you back at the market on July 15th and the July 18th!
