I will be hosting A Valentine’s Cabaret on Saturday, February 10 at 6pm at DDP. Auditions will be accepted at [email protected]. Please put DDP Cabaret Audition in the subject line! The theme is LOVE IS A BATTLEFIELD! This will help to raise funds for our spring Production of “Bad Seed”! All ages welcome. Deadline to submit is January 21. You will be notified by email if you are selected to perform. There will be one rehearsal and you are required to attend. That will be Saturday, February 3 at 4:00pm. There is an electric piano available but the use of YouTube tracks is also permitted. Tickets to the show will be available in February on the website for $10 each.

Beloved musical 'Hello, Dolly' set to play at the Geyer Performing Arts Center The enduring musical “Hello, Dolly!” will bring catchy tunes and the comedic gifts of its actors to the Geyer Performing Arts Center in Scottdale next weekend.

We are once again accepting BOTH personal and business ads for our Spring Show program. The Village Print shop will be creating them again since they did such a wonderful job last time! This program will be given to each attendee of our spring event. We expect a large turnout!

Choose your ad size and email your ad as well as your size requested to [email protected]! You will then receive an emailed invoice through Square. Once paid- your request is sent to the printer. These will sell fast!!!

To keep costs low- all ads will be done in grayscale!

I realized that I have not done this in a while. I would like to introduce myself!
I am Dannielle Ashlee DiClaudio Seanor and I am the owner and lead instructor at DDP! If you ever wondered where the name came from, there you have it! I am a proud graduate of Eaglecrest Highschool in Aurora, CO where my studies focused on Musical Theatre under the direction of Jerry Vanderdoes. I attended Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, CO as a Musical Theatre Major. I have been acting and singing professionally since 1994 and have been involved in many community theatre programs in both Colorado and Pennsylvania. I also studied dance at Colorado Mesa University and The Colorado West Ballet. I was a competitive cheerleader and gymnast! Outside of school, I have studied voice under Al Motter of Denver Colorado and Lisa Behanna of Upstage Studio in Charleroi PA.
I put my acting career on hold to raise two amazing daughters and pursue my nursing license, which I earned in 2008 as class salutatorian! My approach to voice and theatre melds a foundation planted in proper technique with a contemporary style designed to produce working performers. I believe this is the secret to why DDP students excel! I put my heart and soul into my work and consider my students part of something big….. the DDP family!
My goal is to make the arts affordable and enjoyable for the Mon Valley and beyond. Plans this year include expanding studio hours and our list of services! Come check us out! You won’t be disappointed!

DDP and PMP are offering a great group class for infants and toddlers beginning in June! Class is taught by Josie Merlino!! Consider sharing the news!!!
Aaron Gray of PMP will also be hosting a Musical Theater Workshop at DDP on June 5! Both programs are EXTREMELY affordable and we would love to see some old and new faces there!!!

With the demands of my new full time job, I will be working six days a week and lots of overtime. It is necessary to put Wayne’s Got Wood on pause for the remainder of spring and summer.
