This Weekend!!

It may be Monday, but the week ends with live music, food, beer, and the 43rd Annual Belleville Oktoberfest!

As owner of Chaos Sushi Bar and Grill, I want to apologize to patrons and guests for the way the evening went on the 80’s Pub Crawl last night. While there are reasons, we were poorly staffed to handle the level of business we had. We had some staff out sick and others working a catering job we had or taking already planned and scheduled time off. Those are excuses but the responsibility is mine and mine alone. We let our valued guests down and I also put my great staff into an untenable position with the workload. That does not reflect who we really are or how much we care about a quality product, exceptional service, and a clean, comfortable atmosphere. That is who we really are. I will work to ensure this never happens again. I hope our guests who were here and did not get well taken of will give us a chance to make it right. We will do better. It was not the bartender, servers who missed the mark. They did their dead level best. It was me and poor planning. Thank you for your previous support and please give us a chance to earn it back. -Mike Riede

Tonight is the night! We are hosting the first annual MEPSI Karaoke Contest! There is a $10 entry for the contest and winner takes all. Everyone is welcome to join the fun and have great drinks and food here at Chaos.

In honor of Labor Day and the great team we have at Chaos Sushi Bar and Grill, we will be closed on Sunday, Sept 1st and on Labor Day Monday, Sept 2nd.
