With the high interest rates on their HELOC, it made better sense to refinance their home since their HELOC payment was too much. They also were able to pull some cash out for additional real estate investments.

They were able to get it with a DSCR loan. The DSCR loan doesn’t need tax returns, pay stubs or even a job to get approved. This particular loan depends more on the cash flow of the property.
