Hi everyone! I'm really excited to be able to share the beginnings of my new business venture with you all! As most of my family and friends know, I have wanted to own a restaurant for as long as I can remember. I went to culinary school, worked in just about every version of the food industry there is, and finally, I have a great opportunity to do my own thing! Nexus will be a bakery and cafe focused on high quality, seasonal soups, salads, sandwiches, bakery items, and various beverages. I will be bringing my personal library of over 1,200 books in to share and I want to work with the community to offer space for events and groups of all types and sizes. I will be slowly updating this page as things move along. We are currently working on finalizing the static, year-round menu and will definitely share our progress as we go!
