With summer turning to fall, average days on market stretching a little bit longer for many listings, demand for homes not quite so frantic AND interest rates dropping, if you have a home to sell before you can buy it’s kind of a perfect time to jump in. Home sellers are more likely to entertain an offer with a home sale contingency when the market is a little bit slower than during the red-hot spring & summer months.
