with heavy hearts, we announce that friday, january 31, 2025, will be our last day open at warm cookie belton. once we sell out that day, we’ll be closing our doors for good. this journey has been filled with highs and lows, of flour and love, and every step of it has been a gift we’ll cherish forever.

while business didn’t pick up quite as we’d hoped—some days not even reaching $100—we are endlessly grateful for each and every one of you. your support, smiles, and shared memories have been the heart of our little shop, and it’s because of you that this past year has been so meaningful.

we’ll remain open through the holidays to bring you one last season of sweetness, and we’d love to see as many of you as possible before we say goodbye. thank you for everything, belton—you’ve been a part of our story, and we’ll carry these memories with us forever. ❤️‍🩹

Today was one of the most challenging days I’ve experienced as a business owner—not because of the workload, but because of the way I was treated by many customers. It was disheartening and disappointing to experience so much disrespect.

While I’m grateful my employees didn’t have to go through what I did, no one—owner or not—should ever be treated that way. We’re here to provide a service and genuinely care about what we do. All we ask in return is basic kindness and respect.

To the customers who showed patience and kindness, thank you. Your support means the world to us. Let’s strive to treat each other with the courtesy we all deserve.
